Here is my terms of service! PLEASE read before contacting me about a commission!What you are buying is FULLY DIGITAL. There are no shipping fees and no physical object that is being sold. This TOS is subject to change, and everyone will be updated as needed.
Placing a commission means you are accepting this TOS.
DO NOT:
Use my art for profit in any way.
Change my art in any way.
Claim my art as your own.
Feed my art into AI.
What I will NOT do:
Heavy gore
Heavy nsfw
Anything regarding hate speech.
I have a right to decline any commission for any reason.
PAYMENT:
I take payments via paypal and bank transfers. Message me to discuss potential alternative options. Ko-fi is used for tips, but they are not required and can also be done via other methods!
PROCESS:
βΛ To place an order, please message my instagram (@abswirly) or discord (sskyezz).βΛ If spots are available, you will be accepted immediately. If full, you will be placed on a wait list. Wait list time may change depending on availability, with a 1-2 month estimate. You can always message me to be removed from the wait list.
If on the wait list, once your spot is available I will message you again to make sure that you still want the commission.βΛ Once accepted, I will take all necessary details and start the sketch. After the sketch is approved by the client, I will take the full payment in order to continue.
You will receive updates at different checkpoints (base colors, and timely progress checks).βΛ Commissions may take anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on complexity (some, such as a multi character/animal comm, may take longer, and you will be notified for any extensions or delays).
REVISIONS AND ADD ONS:
Small changes (ex. minor color changes) are allowed at any time. Small add ons such as simple jewlery (ex. simple gold bracelet, pearl earrings) are allowed at any time. Bigger add ons may result in a small fee depending on complexity. Larger color changes after the rendering process has started will result in a small fee. ($2-10) If you request a big change anytime after the commission is finished, a fee based on the change complexity will be required.
COPYRIGHT:
I still retain all rights to the artwork. Commissions are given to customers for their personal use only, and or an individual gift recipient. Commercial use is not available at this time. Message me directly if you have concerns about that specifically. This is subject to change.REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are only available after flat colors are shown. Once I start the rendering process, a customer-requested refund will not be available.

Banners:
Banner prices are normal commission prices added together.
Backgrounds:
Simple backgrounds are free. More detailed backgrounds/heavy scenery can range anywhere from $5-30 depending on complexity.
